    Just as Sony acquired Ericsson got all their blue prints their phone plans and technology then they kicked them out of their partnership and now make only Sony phones and only Sony. Microsoft will do the same to Nokia it will be a partnership for a few years then when Microsoft are experienced and got all the tech and know how to make great phones they will Kick out Nokia and their phones will only be called Microsoft just as Sony's are now.

    I think the real problem behind Nokia was the OS itself, because design of windows mobile OS feels really empty and demo-ish. Also there is lack of apps. I Think the only one who could beat apple is google.
